Yuma County’s Arizona Nutrition Network (AZNN) promotes health and nutrition to people who are participating in the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) or who are eligible to participate. School programs are offered to schools with 50% or more students enrolled in the Free and Reduced School Lunch Program.   champions-for-change-h_3-color-pantone

Body Walk
Yuma County’s AZNN sponsors an annual event for third grade students called Body Walk.
Body Walk is

  • An interactive, exciting tour of the human body featuring engaging, practical educational activities.
  • A fun way for students to learn about the importance of making healthy food choices and being physically active.
  • A great opportunity for volunteerism and community service!
